How do I make a booking?
You can book a session by clicking the “Make a booking” button on the menu. For special requests, send us a message by filling out the form above.
Can I bring more than one pet?
Most sessions are for one pet only, but Full Set Shoots allow unlimited pets and humans! Check the session details when booking.
What if my pet is shy or nervous?
We’re pros at making furry friends feel comfy. Bring their favorite toy or treat! We also suggest shorter sessions for first-timers.
Can I be in the photos too?
Absolutely! Just choose a Portrait Shoot (1 human or pet) or a Full Set Shoot (unlimited combo of both!).
Do you offer themed shoots all year round?
Yep! Our Concept Shoots rotate regularly—see current themes on our Concepts Page.
What do I need to bring to my session?
Just your pet, their essentials, and a whole lotta love. If you’re in the shoot, neutral outfits work great!
How do I get my photos?
Edited digital photos will be shared via a private online gallery within 3-5 working days of your shoot.
Do you offer refunds or reschedules?
Yes! Reschedule for free with 48 hours’ notice. For cancellations, give us a heads up a week prior to the booked date.
How should I prepare my pet for the photo session?
Make sure your pet is in a calm and relaxed mood before the session. It’s also important to ensure they’ve had a chance to go potty (both pee and poop) beforehand. A comfortable and content pet makes for the best photos!
